Carlton Towers in the civil parish of Carlton, 5 miles south-east of Selby, North Yorkshire, England, is a very large Grade I listed country house, in the Gothic Revival style, and is surrounded by a 250-acre park. operational reasons.
Directions – By Car
From East Yorkshire…
M62, take Junction 36 (Goole) and turn right (A614 Snaith), continue for approximately 1 mile before turning onto A645. Continue until the first roundabout (Drax Power Station) before turning left. Continue on this road until it becomes the A1041 (approximately 1 mile). Turn left (Carlton/Snaith) and within 1 mile enter the village of Carlton. The entrance to Carlton Towers can be located as you exit the village, on the left-hand side.
From West Yorkshire…
M62, take Junction 34 (Whitley Bridge/ Selby), second left onto the A19. Proceed for approximately a mile and take a right turn (sign posted Snaith/Goole) and continue along this road for approximately 5 miles. Entering Snaith, turn left at the mini roundabout (A1041 Selby Road). Continue on this road for 1.25 miles with the entrance to Carlton Towers being on the right-hand side, just after the lake.
