2026 AGM – Pre-Booking
This years AGM is on Sunday 29th November, 2026 – at the Cottingham Parks, Golf Club (HU16 5SW). Free onsite parking is available. You MUST PRE-BOOK TO ATTEND – so that we know in advance how much seating is required for the meeting, and later the buffet.
Food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks are available from the bar – where there is a separate seating area.
The meeting commences at 1pm, so please arrive in good time to be seated before 1pm. The meeting should last around 2-3 hours, with a short break halfway through.
This meeting is for EYTCC current Members only (and their spouse, partner or carer) – and everyone will be required to sign-in before the meeting commences.
We will be holding a charity raffle at the end – and if anyone can donate any prizes – then that would be greatly appreciated. Just bring them with you. Also, at the end of the meeting, there will be a free cold buffet – served between 3-4pm.
Note: Any proposals for discussion at the Annual General Meeting are to be notified to the Secretary
at least one month prior to the Annual General Meeting.

Streetlife Museum Event

We are pleased to announce, that now access road works have now been completed, we have been able to re-introduce our ever popular event at Goathland Station. This event has just a £5 admission fee (and no late entries) so we hope that the majority who book, will be able to show up on the day.

To book into an event as a ‘member’, you must have a current membership at the time of booking, AND on the date of that/those event(s). No exception. Thank you.
2026 Event Bookings
As details for this years EYTCC Events are finalised, we are approaching the time (early March) when we will open the booking systems to members and guests.
This year, online booking options will go live at the same time our traditional ‘tick-box’ paper booking forms are delivered – with the hope that more will use the online option.
This is because booking online is more accurate, reliable and favorable to the club and its volunteers for a number of reasons. Watch this space for updates.

Including Classic car rides to many events.
